Shipping Information

Once an order is placed either online or via phone, our team begins processing and preparing it for shipment.

To ensure a successful delivery, we will make a confirmation call to finalize shipment details, generally within 48 hours of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a text message and/or email containing the carrier and tracking number. By clicking the tracking number, you can stay up-to-date on your delivery status.

Our delivery window typically falls within 10-15 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse. However, shipping congestion may cause some delays. Please note that we are unable to store your item. If you need to delay your shipment, you must contact Glamping American to request it.

The maximum request for a delay is three weeks after payment has been received. Additional charges will apply to any orders held longer than this term, or your order may be canceled. We recommend purchasing your items as close as possible to being able to accept delivery.
